Dear Jane,
I wanted to thank you for the wonderful Mad Hatter’s ‘Cooking’ Afternoon tea party you organised for my 9 year old daughter.
It all ran very smoothly. The table for the tea party looked beautiful with a lovely touch of edible flowers scattered around.
It was great how you had pre-prepared certain elements to save time.
The food menu was varied with a mix of sweet and savoury. They were able to make four things in the two hour party slot, from brownies, sausage rolls, chocolate covered strawberries to cupcake decorations. One of the parents wrote to me to say that her daughter said she just had the best sausage roll she ever had and apparently she has had her fair share of sausage rolls. My daughter was a big fan of the brownies.
The girls who attended the party thoroughly enjoyed themselves, along with my daughter. They were fully entertained, learnt a bit about kitchen hygiene and cooking, and enjoyed eating the delicious food at a beautifully set table at the end of the party.
I would be happy to recommend you to anyone going forward.
