Jane was the head chef at Food for Thought, the iconic vegetarian restaurant in London's Covent Garden for over 40 years and pretty much enjoyed every day cooking there.
Since it's closure Jane has returned to outside catering, but this time full-time. Now Jane dedicates herself to customising menus and working closely with clients to produce a menu that is special and unique to them. We can cook for small intimate parties, through to large events both corporate and private. FoodbyJane is based in Blackheath, South East London and provides catering throughout London and many parts of Kent.
Many of our events are vegetarian, but not exclusively, and have a range of gluten free options. Guests are impressed by the vibrant colours, textures and variety of the dishes and of the global nature of the food.
